Awesome information shared. As educators, we have to see teaching as a calling from the Divine and not just a job to earn a salary. I pray with my students before every class and I give them a motivational thought. I remind them they are special and that they can excel. I encourage them to rise above mediocrity and aim for the stars.

It was really nice to know that when it comes to motivating students, words will work as a powerful tool will allow them to see that they can do the work and become successful. That;’as actually pretty nice to know, however, I think that aside form teachers, it will be great if there’s someone else who will show them support and help them realize their strengths. If I were a teacher, I’d make sure to suggest the officials of the school to hire motivational speakers to encourage the student more. Thanks.

1To activate and motivate a lazy student, the best way is to make the class extremely interesting.
Always ask questions to reduce distraction and to keep them engaged.
Remind them that it is a once in a life time opportunity to excel, to get knowledge and skill to become self reliant.
Always fill the students with optimism. Always encourage them. Appreciate them when they make small improvement.
