I can clearly recall praying that God would help me to slow down and savor each moment with my little ones. I read a quote during that time that has stayed with me…”When your children are small, the days are long but the years are short.” Now my kids are all teenagers, and its true…I miss the messy, busy, full-of-wonder, sweetness of my days with toddlers.
