Hi we have just withdrawn my daughter from her third grade class. Due to lack of accommodations being made to support her special learning needs. We are now looking for a Christian educator to do one to one tutoring with her a few days a week. I would really appreciate any suggestions anyone may have, since we are unsure of where to start looking for her tutor. Thank you!

Thanks for sharing this im recently divorced always stayed at home and I love the support and time that I have given to my child I thank God that he has allowed me to do that for several years so I pray that God will still provide that I can do the things in life that im supposed to do and be the mother that so many kids need in their life these days. Amen

Isn’t God awesome?! I’ve worked from home for years, and every time I would get antsy about child care slowing down, or my freelance contract ending He has provided us with another outlet. It gives me chills. He is awesome! Thanks for sharing your story 🙂

AMEN! Yes God does provide. He did when we decided that I should stay home when pregnant with my 3rd, and even after becoming a sing mom. I ran a business from home and home schooled my 3 children. It make no sense on paper but it made sense to God.

What a great article Lin. You make your Grandma, well, I was going to say proud, but that is not exactly the right word. I am just grateful to the Lord that you are following the path you have chosen in raising ‘my’ great-grandchildren. We-your granddad and I, chose the same path of saying that our children, your mom and siblings, would have their mother-at-home and we have no regrets. Yes, it meant being a creative homemaker at times, but as you so eloquently said, God always provided, sometimes in His mysterious ways. God bless you and Tim for choosing this pathway and I know your children will be the beneficiaries of having of having ‘mom’ at home to raise them. No regrets here. Love you guys. Gram
