I really needed this advice. I’ve been feeling regretful because of not spending enough time with my family. I constantly think about work, work, work. I wish it would stop. I, admittedly, am a perfectionist. I need to let go of this. At the same time, I’m not being balanced. I want to have everything set even for the new school year already, but I don’t have enough help and time. I just want to relax! I want to go home from work and leave work at work. Then worry about work when I’m at work. Ugh!
